Roland is a theatre director. He directed Cindy-Ella at Half Moon in 1975.
Roland also directed Hatchet, by Heno Magee, in the 1970s at Half Moon Theatre. Hatchet is regarded as one of the best Irish plays of that period and had Colm Meaney in the title role. This was a visiting production and so information has not been included on the Stages of Half Moon website.
