Rob Walker takes over as Artistic Director

Rob Walker succeeded Pam in 1977 and offered a season of popular, music-hall inspired theatre. Mozzle with Anthony Sher was in 1978, followed by the UK’s first ever production of a Dario Fo play, We Can’t Pay, We Won’t Pay, and, later that year, The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui  with Simon Callow.
