The Message was a piece of participatory theatre in which children took a full role. They were called upon to help the famous McWhirter of Scotland Yard as she attempts to track down the whereabouts of a valuable book and the two thieves who have stolen it. The self-proclaimed owner of the book, Shona Shark is also hot on the trail of the book and McWhirter and Shona engaged the children’s help.
