The Pig-Bank was a farce play written by French dramatist Eugene Labiche. The play was a cautionary tale about a group of subordinates who took a trip to Paris. Innocents in town, they fell foul of the police, restaurateurs, matrimonial agencies and the good working class citizens themselves.
