Queenie wrote that as a child she was lucky enough to spend most of her time playing. She played with her friends, shared toys and together they created their own world. Since graduating from a Master’s in Creative Writing, she has taken the risk of exploring new territories. As a writer she wished to look into the uncomfortable and the playful zones of life. The Totz was an experimental piece exploring attitudes through a child playing with its dolls.
The Totz was a rehearsed reading developed as part of Half Moon’s Exchange for Change programme in 2004.
